Dr. Toni Brown was born in the southern Arkansas town of Monticello. She is the youngest of three children of Great Depression era parents who taught her the importance of honoring and loving God, focusing on higher education and embracing the power of entrepreneurship.

FAITH: Dr. Toni professed a saving faith in Christ at the tender age of 10 years old. She was extremely active in her church had held positions such as Sunday School secretary and pianist as well as a member of the youth choir. In 2022, Dr. Toni and her husband, Pastor Craig Brown, launched the non-denominational church, Victory Station Ministries, in the DFW metroplex. Dr Toni is a servant leader and has a genuine heart for people. She is passionate about empowering others and helping them to find and walk in their God given purpose. Her focus is to lead people to Christ no matter their socio or economic status. She believes we have all fallen short of the Glory of God but we cannot allow our past to dictate our future. God loves us in spite of our shortcomings. EDUCATION: Dr. T is a proud 1993 graduate of the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff where she received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology. She also holds an MBA with an emphasis Marketing as well as a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Dr. Toni is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc.

SERVICE & ENTREPRENEURSHIP: Dr. T has a passion for giving back to her community, so in addition to her day job, she moonlights as the Founder and CEO of the A. Patrice Group LLC. This entrepreneurial venture also houses her Leadership Consulting Firm. The goal of the APG firm is to continue the cadence of her doctoral learnings by empowering churches and philanthropic organizations to train their leaders on the power of emotional intelligence and successfully developing, motivating and cultivating their personnel. Most recently, Dr. Toni co-led a program entitled Entrepreneurial Excellence.

This program was designed to provide a Christian based support ecosystem for new, aspiring and current entrepreneurs where they can develop and grow businesses and non-profit organizations in support of the kingdom. The fellows went through a rigorous 10-month program that infuses not only the practical needs of a business owner, but also all focuses on connecting Sunday’s praise to Monday’s work (Faith, Work, and Economics concept).

CORP AMERICA: Dr. T has been working in Biotech Industry since 1997 and she currently serves as the Director of Field Medical Training. She is also a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of TX as well as an Adjunct Professor at Collin College in Frisco
